تحديّات اللغة العربية في الجزائر في ظل الازدواجية اللغوية وانتشار العامية

الملخص
مازالت الجزائر تعاني من مشكلة الفرنسية وازدواجية اللغة والخطاب على مختلف الأصعدة. فهي ﺗﻌﻴﺶ ﺻﺮاعا ﻟﻐﻮيّا ﺗﺘﺠﺎذبه أﻃﺮاف أربعة: اﻟﻠﻐﺔ اﻟﻌﺮﺑﻴﺔ اﻟﻔﺼﺤﻰ، والأمازيغية، واﻟﻠﻐﺔ اﻟﻔﺮﻧﺴﻴﺔ، واﻟﻌﺎﻣﻴﺔ. ويعدّ هذا اﻟﺼﺮاع ﻣﻦ مخلّفات اﻻﺳﺘﻌﻤﺎر اﻟﻔﺮﻧﺴﻲ الذي ﻋﻤﻞ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﺤﺎرﺑﺔ اﻟﻠﻐﺔ اﻟﻌﺮﺑﻴﺔ وﺗﻬﻤﻴﺸﻬﺎ وإﺣﻼل اﻟﻔﺮﻧﺴﻴﺔ مكانها، وتشجيع استعمال الأمازيغية ﺑﺪﻻ ﻣﻨﻬﺎ، ممّا اضطرّ اﻟﺠﺰاﺋﺮي إلى اﺳﺘﻌﻤﺎل اﻟﻌﺎﻣﻴﺔ ﻟﻠﺤﻔﺎظ ﻋﻠﻰ هويّته اﻟﻌﺮﺑﻴﺔ اﻹﺳﻼﻣﻴﺔ. إنّ ذلك المشروع الاستعماري لازال يلقي بظلاله على الواقع اللغوي في الجزائر إلى يومنا هذا، فالدارس لهذا الواقع يلحظ إهمال اللغة العربية الفصحى وزحف العامّية الّتي تسلّلت إلى المؤسّسات اﻟﺘﻌﻠﻴﻤﻴﺔ والإعلامية واﻟﺜﻘﺎﻓﻴﺔ، إضافة إلى الفرنسية الّتي تنافسها في ميدان التعليم اﻟﻌﻠﻤﻲ واﻟﺘﻘﻨﻲ، وﻓﻲ ﺑﻌﺾ اﻟﻤﻌﺎﻣﻼت اﻹدارﻳﺔ، وﻓﻲ الاستعمال اليومي لدى بعضٍ من الفئة المثقّفة في أوساط الشعب. يروم هذا البحث تسليط الضوء على هذا الصراع في الحياة العامّة، وفي ﻣﻴﺪان التعليم، واﻹدارة، ومن ثمّ الوقوف على أهمّ التحديات الّتي تواجه اللغة العربية في ظلّ هذه الازدواجية اللغوية وتفشي العامية. She is experiencing a linguistic conflict caused by four factors: Standard Arabic, Amazigh, French and colloquial dialect. This conflict is one of the legacies of French colonialism, which worked to combat the Arabic language, marginalize it, replace it with French and encourage the use of Tamazight instead, which forced the Algerian to use colloquial language to preserve their Arab-Islamic identity. This colonial project has an impact on the linguistic reality in Algeria to date the student of this reality notes the neglect of the classical Arabic language and the encroachment of slang that infiltrates educational, media and cultural institutions, in addition to the French that compete with it in the field of teaching. Scientific and technical, and in certain administrative transactions and in daily use among part of the educated class among the population. This research aims to shed light on this conflict in public life, in the field of education and administration, then to expose the most important challenges facing the Arabic language in the light of this bilingualism and the spread of the dialect familiar.
