إقتصاد المعرفة و صناعة التنمية في العالم العربي

الملخص
إقتصاد المعرفة هو مجال حيوي في الإقتصاد العام ، هو إمتداد واضح و صريح لأساسيات الإدارة الفكرية قي الدولة و المنظمة و حتى على الصعيد الفردي الشخصي . هذه الدراسة هي عبارة عن فتح الباب أمام هذا المصطلح الأكثر تداولا اليوم في الحياة الإقتصادية ، من خلال طرح شروحات وافية عن مضمونه و أهم خصائصه و علاقته بالتنمية و التنمية المستدامة . قديما كان المال وحدة وقودا للمجتمعات الصناعية، أما اليوم و في عصر الثورة و التطور التكنولوجي و في عصر المجتمعات المعلوماتية و الإتصالات ، فإن المعرفة و الحكمة هي وقود سيادة الدول ومستقبلها. من يمتلك المعرفة سيكون دائما في المقدمة و القيادة و السيادة و من لا يملك المعرفة سيكون حتما في المؤخرة .إن صناعة التنمية في العالم لا تكون مجدية و حقيقية إلا إذا دفعتها المعرفة في جانبها إقتصادي المحض . الكلمات المفتاحية :المعرفة.الإقتصاد.التنمية. صناعة .التنمية المستدامة . Abstract: Economy is a vital field in the public economy, and it is a clear and explicit extension of the basics of intellectual management in the state and organization, and even at the individual level. Opening the door to this term most commonly used today in economic life, by offering adequate explanations about its content and most important characteristics and its relationship to development and sustainable development. In the past, money was a unit of fuel for industrial societies, but today, in the era of revolution and technological development, and in the era of information and communication societies, knowledge and wisdom are the fuel for the sovereignty and future of states. Whoever possesses knowledge will always be at the fore, leadership and dominance, and whoever does not possess knowledge will inevitably be at the rear. The development industry in the world will not be feasible and real unless knowledge pushes it in its purely economic aspect.
