التكوين السياحي في الجزائر كأداة لتحسين جودة الخدمة السياحية

Résumé
الملخص: يعتبر النشاط السياحي مزيج من الخدمات المختلفة (النقل، الإيواء، الإطعام، الترفيه...الخ). وهذه الخدمات تتميز بالاستخدام المكثّف للموارد البشرية، بالتالي يتوقف مستوى جودة هذه الخدمات على مدى كفاءة ومهنية مقدميها. وسنتطرق من خلال هذه الدراسة لمفهوم التكوين ودوره في توفير العنصر البشري المؤهّل لخدمة السيّاح في مختلف الأنشطة السياحية. كما سنركز على استراتيجية الدولة الجزائرية لتنمية التكوين في قطاع السياحة من خلال عرض "بطاقة التكوين لقطاع السياحة" وتقييمها من حيث مدى تغطية احتياجات التكوين للقطاع السياحي. حيث استخلصنا من هذه الدراسة أن استراتيجية التكوين السياحي المتبعة في الجزائر، والممثلة في مخطط التكوين السياحي لا تسمح بتحقيق الجودة المرجوة في الخدمات السياحية. وذلك نظرا للنقص الفادح في هياكل التكوين المتخصصة وعدم تغطياتها لمناطق التوسع السياحي. وكذا عدم ملاءمة الوسائل والبرامج التعليمية. Abstract: Tourism activity is a mixture of different services, namely (transportation, accommodation, catering, entertainment, etc.). These services are characterized by the extensive use of human resources; therefore, their quality level depends on the efficiency and professionalism of the service providers. This study touches upon the concept of training and its role in providing the qualified human element to serve tourists in various tourism activities. Besides, it focuses on the Algerian State’s strategy for developing training in tourism sector. That is through the offer of “Training Card for Tourism Sector” and the evaluation of the extent to which the training needs of the tourism sector are covered. where we concluded from this study that the tourism training strategy used in algeria which is represented in the tourism training scheme, does not allow achieving the desired quality in tourism servises. this is due to the sever shortage of specialised training structures and their failure to cover the areas of tourist ewpansion. As well as the inadequacy of educational tools and programs.
