يندرج موضوع هذه الورقة ضمن وقفة نحتاج إلى القيام بها في ظلّ واقع وبائي استفحل بين ظهرانينا ليصبح حتمية نحن مضطرون إلى التكيف مع مستجدّاتها في كل حين، خاصة وأن كوفيد-١٩ باغتنا بشدة ولم نكن في حالة تأهّب على جميع المستويات، الصّحية والثّقافية والاجتماعية والاقتصاديّة لمواجهة الأزمة التي تسببب في انبثاقها على المستوى العالمي، وإن كنّا نشهد في الآونة الأخيرة انحسار الجائحة نوعاً ما فإن المنظّمة العالميّة للصّحة لم تتولى إعلان ذلك رسمياً، وهو الوضع الذي يفرض علينا وقفة مع الذّات لأخذ العبرة من ما مضى من جهة، ولنواجه أنفسنا بالتحدّيات القادمة. The topic of this paper falls within a pause that we need to take in light of an epidemic reality that has escalated among us to become inevitable. We are forced to adapt to its developments at all times, especially since Covid-19 has taken us seriously and we were not prepared at all levels, health, cultural, social and economic to confront The crisis that caused its emergence at the global level, and if we have recently witnessed a somewhat receding of the pandemic, the World Health Organization did not undertake to announce this officially, a situation that forces us to pause with oneself to take a lesson from the past on the one hand, and to face ourselves with the upcoming challenges
