الملخص
إن الله تعالى أنزل كتابه المبارك إلى الناس كافة ليكون بذلك ناسخا لجميع الكتب السابقة ومهمينا عليها، والقصد من وراء إنزال الكتاب هو العمل به وحفظ حدوده من التعطيل والإضاعة، ولقد جاء هذا البحث مشيرا إلى شيء من وسائل التدبر لآياته والتعقل لمعانيه، وأعني بذلك مباحثة قاعدة كلية من قواعد التفسير والمسماة: العبرة بعموم اللفظ لا بخصوص السبب، إذ ألفيتها ذات نفع غزير في باب التأويل لدى علماء التفسير، فأردت بذلك بحثا مشتملا على شقين من الدراسة، شق نظري ويتضمن: مفهوم قواعد التفسير بأجزائها التركيبية من الناحيتين: اللغوية والاصطلاحية، مع شرح مختصر للقاعدة وإيراد بعض أدلة مشروعيتها، ثم التعريج على ترجمة موجزة لابن عادل الحنبلي الذي هو محور الدراسة في تفسيره. أما من الشق التطبيقي: فهو مخصص لتطبيق القاعدة على آيات الجزاء في القرآن الكريم من خلال تفسير اللباب في علوم الكتاب لابن عادل الحنبلي، وفيه: جزاء كتمان العلم، وجزاء التائبين، وجزاء إشاعة الفاحشة، وأخيرا: جزاء الافتراء على الله تعالى. ليتضح لي بعد الدراسة والتحليل وللقارئ الكريم أيضا: أن الآيات الكريمات التي نزلت في بعض الحوادث وعلى بعض الأعيان زمن النبوة غير مقصورة عليهم ولا هي خاصة بهم دون سواهم ممن جاء بعدهم، وإنما يتعدّى مفهومها ويأخذ حكمها ويدخل في معناها: كلّ من قامت به أوصافهم وتشابهت عنده أحوالهم، لأنه وباختصار كما ذكرنا في البداية: إنما أُنزل الكتاب على السابقين كما أنزل على اللاَّحقين، وكلا الطائفتين مأموران باتِّباعه والعمل به، كما قال ربنا جل جلاله في محكم التنـزيل: ﴿وَهَذَا كِتَابٌ أَنْزَلْنَاهُ مُبَارَكٌ فَاتَّبِعُوهُ وَاتَّقُوا لَعَلَّكُمْ تُرْحَمُونَ (155)﴾ [الأنعام:155]. الكلمات المفتاحية: التفسير، القاعدة، الجزاء، العموم، اللباب. Allah sent his blessing book to all people, so it came overall previous books. People must follow its instructions and recommendations. This research has indicated some of the meanings of contemplating its verses and making sense of its significances. This means studying an interpretation overall rule, which is called “the moral with general utterance not with specific reason”, since it’s so beneficial in interpreting with interpretation scientists. So I wanted to make a research including two phases of study; a theoretical phase includes: the concept of interpretation rules with its syntactic parts linguistically and terminologically with a brief explanation to the rule and include some proofs for its legitimacy. Then, a short biography about Ibn Adel Alhanbali, who’s the study focus, is written. Whereas the practical phase is devoted for applying the rule on the penalty verses in Quran through Ibn Adel Alhanbali’s book “Allobab Fi Ouloum Alkitab” in which: the penalty of keeping knowledge secret, the reward of repellents, the penalty of proliferating vice, and the penalty of lying on Allah. After study and analysis, it becomes clear to me and to the reader that the verses demonstrate some events witnessed by some people of that era. The verses aren’t limited to them, and those people aren’t concerned with them and with those who came after them. Their concept surpasses and their verdict is taken into their meaning, so it includes all who have the same features, since, in brief, the book was sent to the previous people and to those who came after them, and all people are ordered to follow its instructions and apply them as Allah said in Surah Alan‘am: 155. This too is a blessed Scripture that We revealed; so follow it, and be righteous, that you may receive mercy
