أثر استخدام نماذج تحليل القراركأسلوب كمي مساعد على ترشيد عملية اتخاذ قرارات الإنتاج في المؤسسة الصناعية -دراسة حالة شركة الخزف الصحي بالميلية-جيجل-

الملخص
هدفت هذهالدراسةإلى إبراز أهمية الأساليب الكمية وأثر استخدامها على عملية اتخاذ قرارات الإنتاج بالمؤسسة الصناعية، وما تحققه من مزايا من خلال ترشيد القرارات المتخذة من طرف المديرين، ومن أجل إسقاط الدراسة النظرية على الواقع تم تطبيق مجموعة من الأساليب الكمية (مصفوفة القرار، شجرة القرار) كأشهر نموذجين من نماذج تحليل القرار في شركة الخزف الصحي بمنطقة الميلية التابعة لولاية جيجل (الجزائر)، سعيا منا لحل مشكلة تسيير الإنتاج بالمؤسسة وترشيد القرارات المتعلقة باختيار البدائل الاستثمارية والمفاضلة بينها وهذا من خلال تحديد توليفة الإنتاج المثلى والتي تحقق أعظم ربح، مستعينين في تحقيق ذلك على برنامج WinQSB و البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها أن درجة معرفة مسيري الشركة وكفاءة استخدامهم للأساليب الكمية في اتخاذ القرارات كانت منخفضة، وهذا ما نعكس سلبا على أرباح الشركة بسبب عدم إمكانية تحقيق توليفة إنتاج مثلى وعدم التوفيق بشكل دقيق في اختيار البدائل الإنتاجية ذات العائد الكبير والتي من خلالها تعظم الشركة أرباحها، ولذا أوصت الدراسة باهتمام الإدارة أكثر باستخدام الأساليب الكمية الحديثة بغية ترشيد عملية اتخاذ قرارات الإنتاج، ومن أجل تدارك النقائص السابقة وإيجاد حل للمشكلة تم بناء واقتراح نموذج عملي ساعد بشكل كبير في تحديد أفضل بديل استثماري ذو توليفة إنتاج مثلى وذو عائد أكبر. Abstract: The aime of this study is to highlight the importance of quantitative methods in the production decision-making process in the industrial enterprise, and the advantages it achieves through rationalizing the decisions taken by managers, and in order to project the theoretical study on reality, a set of quantitative methods (decision matrix, decision tree) were applied as the most famous Two models of decision analysis models in the Sanitary Ceramic Company in El-milia region of the state of Jijel (Algeria), in an effort to solve the problem of managing production in the institution and rationalize decisions related to the selection of investment alternatives and the comparison between them and this by determining the optimal production combination that achieves the greatest profit, using the WinQSB and SPSS programs. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which is that the degree of knowledge of the company's managers and the efficiency of their use of quantitative methods in decision-making was medium, and this reflected negatively on the company’s profits due to the inability to achieve an optimal production combination and the lack of accurate agreement in choosing productive alternatives with high returns, which are During which the company maximizes its profits, and therefore the study recommended that management pay more attention to using modern quantitative methods in order to rationalize the production decision-making process, and in order to remedy the previous shortcomings and find a solution to the problem, a practical model was built and proposed that helped greatly in determining the best investment alternative with an optimal production combination and a greater return .
