الملخص

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على إحدى الاستراتيجيات المنتهجة من قبل الدولة الجزائرية لتطوير الريف الجزائري وجعله منطقة استقرار وتحسين نوعية الحياة فيه. وانطلاقا من هذا الموضوع تم التطرق في هذا المقال إلى دور البناء الريفي في نمو المدن الجزائرية، وهي دراسة ميدانية لبلدية الحامة ولاية خنشلة (الجزائر)، وتوصلنا من خلالها إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: - إن الهجرة العكسية التي عرفتها المنطقة مؤخرا ساهمت وبقسط كبير في التقليص من البناءات الفوضوية في منطقة البحث. - المشاريع المنجزة في إطار البناء الريفي أدت إلى التقليل من ظاهرة النزوح الريفي نحو المدينة. - عرفت المناطق الريفية تطور وتحسين في نوعية السكن من خلال الدعم المادي المقدم من طرف الدولة. This study aims to identify one of algeria’s startagies for the development of the Algerian countryside and make it an are of stability and quality of life From this point og view ,the role of rural construction in the growth of Algerian cites is discusses in the article. It is a field stady of the municipality of el hamma in the province of khenchela (algeria) through which we have reached a number of rusults including: -The region’s recent reverse migration has contributed significantly to reducing the chaotic construction in the research area -projects under rural construction have reduced the phenomenon of rural displacement to the city -rural areas have known such development and improve the good quality of housing through financial support provided by the Algerian state.
