الملخص
يهدف البحث بالدرجة الأولى تسليط الضوء على تقنيات التصميم الصحفي الحديثة في ظل ما تشهده صناعة اخراج الصحافة الورقية من تطور هائل جراء استخدامها للحاسبات الإلكترونية وما تحويه من برامج، وما لها من دور في زيادة تحقيق الجذب لأغلفة الصحف. وإذا ما أخذنا بعين الاعتبار متطلبات العصر الحديث في سرعة الحصول على المعلومة وضيق الوقت وكثرة المشاغل، أصبحت العملية الإخراجية للصحف بما فيها عملية تصميم وتنفيد الصفحات تواجه تحديا كبيرا في كيفية الاستحواذ على انتباه القارئ في ظل ثورة التكنولوجيا والتدفق الهائل للمعلومات المحيطة بالمتلقي من كل الاتجاهات التي تحتاج لوجود تصميم فني مبدع باعث لقوى الجذب والإثارة لمداركه البصرية والعقلية، والذي يتطلب وجود وسيط معلوماتي آخر أسرع من الكلمة في نقل المعلومة ألا وهو المزاوجة الوظيفية ما بين العناصر التيبوغرافية والجغرافيكية الفاعلة في بنية فضاءات أغلفة الصحف الورقية لمواكبة تلك الثورات التكنولوجية وميلاد التقنيات الجديدة في الإبداع والمعرفة. وعلى ضوء كل ما سبق ذكره تسعى هذه الورقة البحثية معرفة الدور الهام الذي يلعبه التصميم في العملية الاخراجية على اعتباره اللبنة الأساسية لصفحات الجريدة الورقية، وكذا معرفة تأثير تكنولوجيا الحاسبات الإلكترونية وبرامجها على أداء المخرج الفني في عملية تصميمه للصفحات من خلال طريقة وكيفية توزيع الوحدات والعناصر الطباعية على متنها. Summary The research aims primarily to highlight modern journalistic design techniques in light of the tremendous development of the paper press production industry due to its use of computers and its programs, and its role in increasing the attraction of newspaper covers. Taking into account the requirements of the modern era in the speed of access to information, time constraints and many concerns, the process of directing newspapers, including the process of designing and benefiting pages, faces a major challenge in how to capture the reader's attention in light of the technology revolution and the huge flow of information surrounding the recipient from all directions that need to have an innovative design that inspires the forces of attraction and excitement of his visual and mental management, which requires the presence of another information medium faster than the word of information, namely, the functional elements between the elements. Sociographic and geographical actors in the structure of newspaper cover spaces to keep up with these technological revolutions and the birth of new technologies in creativity and knowledge In the light of all of the above, this paper seeks to know the important role that design plays in the output process as the basic building block of the paper newspaper pages, as well as the impact of computer technology and its programs on the performance of the artistic director in the process of designing pages through the method and how the units and printing elements are distributed on board,
