المجتمع الجزائري و الحتمية التكنولوجية -دراسة تحليلية لكيفية تعامل المجتمع الجزائري مع الإعلام الجديد-

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى فهم العلاقة التي تربط بين المتغيرين الإعلام الجديد والمجتمع الجزائري، ولفهمها يجب فهم المعنى الحقيقي للإعلام الجديد و هذا من خلال التصورات التي قدمها كل من "نيغروبونتي "، "كروسبي" و "بافليك"، و كذا العديد من المساهمات الأخرى. ثم تحليل سياق المجتمع الجزائري الذي انتقل إلى مجتمع جماهيري بفضل وسائل الإعلام التقليدية، و من ثمّ كيفية تحوله و تأثره بخصائص و سمات الإعلام الجديد، و الخوض في مفهوم استعداده لقبول تكنولوجية جديدة، و إبراز اجتهادات خاصة كل من عزي عبد الرحمان و مالك بن نبي في هذا السياق. لنصل إلى فهم طريقة استغلال و تعامل المجتمع الجزائري مع الإعلام الجديد و هذا عن طريق التطرق إلى ما يسمى بمفهوم الاستحواذ على وسيلة اتصالية جديدة، و الغوص في الحتمية التكنولوجية، و إبراز مساهمات كل من "دلفيس واوين" و"مانوفيش" في عملية الانتقال و تقبل سياق اتصالي جديد، و هذا في محاولة منا للإجابة على سؤال الإشكالية التالي: هل الحتمية التكنولوجية غيّرت السياق الاتصالي للمجتمع الجزائري؟ Abstract The fifth estate — or the new media — with its different faces, whose aim is to achieve several objectives at the same time, has an impact on several levels. All this was able to change our customs and traditions and the mode of analysis and our vision of things, but, nevertheless, there was a kind of resistance to this change in Arab societies in general, and Algerian society in particular. . To understand the character of the relationship between these two variables (new media and Algerian society), we must understand the true meaning of new media, through the perceptions provided in particular by Negroponté, Crosby and Pavlik, and through other contributions as well. Afterwards, we will strive to analyze the context of Algerian society, which has become a public community thanks to traditional media, then how it has been influenced by the characteristics and attributes of new media; to deepen the study of the concept of the will to accept these new technologies, and we will highlight the initiatives of Abderrahmane Azzi and Malik ben-Nabi in this context. To arrive at an understanding of technological determinism, we will base ourselves on the contributions of Delfis and Manovic in the process of transition and acceptance of this new communication context, in an attempt to answer the following question: technological determinism has changed the context of communication in Algerian society?
