الملخص
يشهد العالم اليوم تطورات مذهلة في مجال تكنولوجيات الإعلام و الإتصال ، حيث أضحت الحياة الحديثة ذات صبغة تكنولوجية فرضتها وسائط الاتصال الحديثة ، و قد أثرت بشكل حاسم على كل المجالات، من حيث تقريب المسافات ، و إلغاء الحدود بين الدول من الناحية التقنية، كما أضحى المحتوى الذي تروجه عنوانا لثقافة متقاربة بين الدول، في إطار ما يسمى بعولمة الثقافة، من خلال الوسائل التكنولوجية الحديثة، و التي يصعب فيها مقاومة تلك المضامين الثقافية، إما تقمصها أو التعايش معها.
