التجسيد لمواطنة تشاركية عند ألان تورين. The Embodiment Of Participatry Citizenship In Alain Touraine

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة لكيفية تأسيس المواطنة عند ألان تورين وفق إستراتيجية تراعي الحرص الدقيق في ضبط المفاهيم السياسية والتحكم في معانيها وعلى هذا الأساس قام تورين باستبعاد كل من الطائفية،التعسف، الليبرالية...، وفعل بديلا جديدا الذي يمكن من خلاله احتواء المواطنة وإعطائها وزنها الحقيقي والتي بموجبها يستعد الفرد لبناء مايسمى بالشخصية الوطنية، إذ ربط المواطنة بفكرة الانتماء والدولة القومية التي تعلو فيها سلطة القانون فإذا تكاملا هذان المفهومان ولدت الدولة الديمقراطية ومن ثمة تضمن هذه الأخيرة البيئة الملائمة للمواطنة على اعتبار أن الديمقراطية لا يمكن أن توجد إلا في ظل المساواة السياسية، ومعرفة المواطن بهذه الصفة المتجذرة فيه تجعله مسؤول عن حكومته، كما يجب أن يتمتع الفاعلين الاجتماعيين بكل الحقوق السياسية والقانونية على حد سواء والتي من خلالها يمكن اعتبارهؤلاء الفاعلين مواطنين يساهمون في بناء الدولة. This study aims to clarify how to establish citizenship according to Alain Touraine, according to a strategy that takes into account careful care in controlling political concepts and controlling their meanings. On this basis, Alain Touraine excluded all of sectarianism, arbitrariness, libiralism…, and activate a new alternative through which citizenship can be contained and given its real weight, according to which the individual prepares to build the so-called national personality,if he links citizenchip to the idea of belonging and the nation state in which the rule of law is supreme if these two concepts are integrated, the democratic state is born, and thus the latter guarantees the appropriate environment for citizenchip, on the grounds that democy can only exist in the light of political equality, and citizen’s knowledge of this rooted quality in him makes him responsible for his government; also, social actors must enjoy all the political and legal rights alike, through which these actors can be considered citizens who contribute to building state.
