الملخص
لرئيس الجمهورية الكثير من السلط والصلاحيات ومكانته كبيرة في الدستور الجزائري، وهو ما انعكس على كامل الشأن القانوني والسياسي، وفي علاقته بالسلطتين التشريعية والقضائية. وقد فصلت الدراسة في طبيعة هذه العلاقة، كل ذلك سيتم دراسته بالمقارنة مع سبعة (7) دساتير عالمية وهي: الفرنسي، الأمريكي، المصري، الياباني، الألماني، الجنوب أفريقي، والتونسي. The President of the Republic has a lot of powers and authorities, and his position is great in the Algerian constitution, which is reflected in the entire legal and political affairs. As well as in relation to the legislative and judicial authorities. The study detailed the nature of this relationship, all of which will be done in comparison with seven (7) international constitutions, namely: the French, the American, the Egyptian, the Japanese, the German, the South African, and the Tunisian.
