الملخص

The study aims at identifying the reality of DSS in Algerian public institutions, by using descriptive research method, and purposive sample size is 45 employees distributed in 5 public institutions. The decision-taking scale prepared by the researcher was Apply. The results indicated that: There is positive correlation between the four dimensions of decision-taking scale among employees in public institutions. There are differences between employees according to the administrative level at the standard input only. While there are no differences in the four dimensions between employees according to the gender and educational level, And that these institutions do not use DSS.
