القيادة الصفية في الجامعة الجزائرية بين الواقع والمأمول علاقة الاستاذ والطالب الى اين؟ - قراءة تحليلية -

الملخص
تطرقنا في هذه الورقة البحثية هذه الى تبيين العلاقة بين الطالب والأستاذ الجامعي الى اين؟ باعتبار القيادة الصفية الجامعية مبنية على مراكز ومحاور أساسية خلال العلاقة التفاعلية وهما الطالب والأستاذ حيث تناولنا طبيعة الجزئيات العلائقية للتثاقف والحراك الفكري داخل الفضاء الجامعي من خلال تبيان ما سماه الكثير من الباحثين الرباعية الشرطية لعقلانيات التواصل بين الأستاذ والطالب الجامعي في المجتمع الجامعي الذي يجمع بين: - توصيفات البيئة المعرفية كينونة المراكز المتفاعلة محددات الأسلوب التشاركي حيثيات اللغة الخطابية كأداة للتذاوت فاردنا كأساتذة وباحثين توضيح الواقع المعاش في الجامعة الجزائرية وخاصة العلاقة القائمة بين الاستاذ كقائد صف وطالبه الجامعي فرغم اطلاع الاستاذ على النظريات الكلاسيكية التي تتبنى معظمها معنى التسلط والمحورية للقائد وتهميش الطرف الاخر هذا من جهة ورغم اطلاعه بالنظريات الحديثة للقيادة الصفية التي تدعو الاستاذ كقائد صف الى تفعيل النقد والحوار والتفاعل والتكامل بينه وبين الطالب من اجل بنائه من جهة اخرى ، ولكن للأسف من خلال تحليل الواقع المعاش للقيادة الصفية للعلاقة بين الطالب والاستاذ الجامعي اليوم لا تزال تسودها الافكار السوداوية للفلسفة الكلاسيكية من خلال ما سميناه في هذا البحث:( المحورية والهامش-مالك الحقيقة ومستهلك الخطاب – نرجسية القائد) فهذا هو حال القيادة الصفية في جامعتنا فاقترحنا استراتيجيات اجتهادية لتحسينها من خلال تحسين اداء الاستاذ باعتباره محور القيادة لإرجاع المأمول لجامعتنا التي اصبحت في نظر العام والخاص وللأسف محطة دنيئة الى حد كبير. الكلمات المفتاحية: القيادة الصفية؛ الاستاذ الجامعي؛ الطالب؛ الواقع؛ الحلول. Abstract: In this paper, we discussed the relationship between the student and the university professor. Considering the university class leadership is based on the centers and basic axes during the interactive relationship, namely the student and the professor, where we addressed the nature of relational molecules of the correlation and intellectual mobility within the university space by showing what many researchers called the police quartet for the rationalities of communication Between the professor and the university student in the university community which combines: Descriptions of the cognitive environment The being of interactive centers Participatory method determinants The merits of rhetoric as a tool for melting We wanted as professors and researchers to clarify the reality of the Algerian university, especially the relationship between the professor as a class leader and his university student, although the professor was informed of the classical theories, most of which adopt the meaning of authoritarianism and centrality of the leader and the marginalization of the other party on the one hand and despite his knowledge of the theories Modern classroom leadership that invites the professor as a class leader to activate criticism, dialogue, interaction and integration between him and the student in order to build it on the other hand, but unfortunately through the analysis of the reality of the class leadership of the relationship between the student and the university professor today still prevails black ideas for classical philosophy through what we called in this research: This is the case of the class leadership at our university, and we have proposed diligent strategies to improve it by improving the performance of the professor as the center piece of leadership to return the hope to our university, which has become in the eyes of the public and private and unfortunately a sordid station to Pretty much.
