برامج التنمية الفلاحية ودورها في حماية البيئة

الملخص
إن السياسة التنموية التي انتهجتها الدولة الجزائرية لإنعاش القطاع الفلاحي ،بداية بالمخطط الوطني للتنمية الفلاحيةعام2000،ثم التوجه نحو تجسيد برنامج جديد يتمثل في برنامج التجديد الفلاحي والريفي ،فهو يعد وسيلة لتغطية النقائص الموجودة في السياسات التنموية الأولى وكذا مواكبة مختلف التطورات و الإصلاحات التي مست القطاع الاقتصادي والسياسي وهذا من اجل النهوض والرقي بالقطاع الفلاحي الذي يعتبر مادة أولية لتطوير الاقتصاد الوطني التي تساعد الدولة على اجتياز الأزمة الغذائية التي تعاني منها. The development policy pursued by the Algerian state revived the agricultural sector, beginning with the national plan for the agricultural development in 2000. Then, moving towards embodying a new program represented in the Agricultural and Rural Renewal Program, as it is considered a means to cover the deficiencies in the first developmental policies, as well as to keep pace with the various developments and reforms that affected the economic and political sector, and this is for the sake of advancement of the agricultural sector, which is considered a raw material for the development of the national economy. This helps the state to overcome the food crisis it suffers from.
