الملخص

مستخلص: تهدف الدراسة إلى الإجابة على إشكالية مدى مساهمة أبعاد الهندسة الوظيفية في تنمية الموارد البشرية، لمنظمة مطالبة باستمرار على التكيف والمرونة مع متغيرات وقرارات عدم التأكد البيئي والتأقلم مع مستجدات المناهج والعمليات المطبقة للفهم الجيد للممارسات والإجراءات والعمليات والوظائف المتعلقة بإدارة الموارد البشرية؛ وخلصت الدراسة إلى بيان أهمية أبعاد الهندسة الوظيفية ودورها الفعال في التطوير المستمر للمورد البشري من حيث الوظائف والكفاءات، وتوصي الدراسة على ضرورة تفعيل وممارسة الأبعاد المتعلقة بالهندسة الوظيفية من تحليل وتصميم واستشراف وظيفي بمختلف مضامينها لتنمية الموارد البشرية. Abstract: The study aims to answer the problem of the extent to which the dimensions of functional engineering contribute to the development of human resources, for an organization that is constantly required to adapt and be flexible with the variables and decisions of environmental uncertainty and to adapt to the developments of the applied curricula and processes for a good understanding of the practices, procedures, processes and functions related to human resource management; The study concluded with a statement of the importance of the dimensions of functional engineering and its effective role in the continuous development of the human resource in terms of jobs and competencies.
