الملخص
تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية الحالية الى عرض وتحليل أثر التمثيل البيداغوجي الطلابي في الجامعة الجزائرية، في محاولة لتقييم واقعه و أهميته وتشخيص مفاصل الخلال التي تعيقه عن أداء دوره على أكمل وجه، وتستعرض الدراسة إلى أهمية التمثيل البيداغوجي الطلابي داخل الجامعة، وإلى الدور الفعال الذي يقوم به ممثلي الطلبة في عمل اللجان البيداغوجية، بالإضافة إلى تحديد الصعوبات والتحديات التي تواجههم، وقد انطلقنا في دراستنا من سؤالين رئيسين هما: ما اثر التمثيل البيداغوجي الطلابي في الجامعة الجزائرية؟ وما مدى فعاليته بالنسبة للطلبة؟، أما منهج البحث فانطلاقا من طبيعة الدراسة والأهداف التي تسعى إليها، فقد تم إستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لأنه الأنسب لهذا النوع من الدراسات والمناسب لفهم المشكل، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى الأهمية الكبرى التي يكتسيها التمثيل البيداغوجي الطلابي في الجامعة الجزائرية، من خلال طلبة ممثلين فاعلين يعطى لهم المجال بكل حرية للقيام بمختلف النشاطات داخل الجامعة، و هكذا يعتبرون حلقة وصل بين الإدارة الجامعية و الطلبة. This current research paper aims to present and analyze the impact of the pedagogical student representation in the Algerian University, in an attempt to assess its reality and its importance and to diagnose the details of the fault that prevent it from performing its role to the fullest. The study reviews the importance of the student pedagogical representation within the University, and the effective role played by the student representatives in the work of the pedagogical committees, in addition to identifying the difficulties and challenges facing them. In our study, we started from two main questions: What is the effect of student pedagogical representation at the Algerian University? How effective is it for students?As for the research curriculum, it stems from the nature of the study and the objectives it seeks. The analytical descriptive method was used because it is the most suitable type of study to understand the problem. The study concluded that the great importance of the student pedagogical representation in the Algerian University is achieved through the students of active representatives who are given full freedom to carry out various activities within the university. This is how they are considered to be a link between the university administration and the students. Keywords: Student Pedagogical Representation, University, University Student.
