دور الأخصائي النفسي المدرسي في التدخل والتكفل بالمشكلات السلوكية والنفسية والمدرسية

الملخص
الملخص: تحتل برامج التوجيه والإرشاد النفسي والتربوي مكانة هامة في العملية التربوية من أجل بناء شخصية التلاميذ بناءً متكاملاً في مختلف جوانب شخصيتهم، ولذلك وجب الاهتمام بهم ومساعدتهم على تنمية إمكاناتهم وقدراتهم وحل مشكلاتهم وتحقيق التكيف والتوافق النفسي لديهم، ولكي يتحقق ذلك وجب توفر أخصائي نفسي مدرسي قادر على تقديم مختلف الخدمات الإرشادية لهم. وعليه يعتبر الأخصائي النفسي المدرسي ضرورة ملحة فرضتها الظروف الاجتماعية التي تعيشها مختلف الدول، والجزائر كغيرها من الدول سارعت إلى تعيين وظيفة أخصائي نفسي مدرسي مؤهل تأهيلاً أكاديميًا، حاصل على شهادة الليسانس في أحد تخصصات علم النفس، له من الخبرة والمعلومات ما يؤهله لأداء دوره على أكمل وجه، من خلال تقديم خدمات نفسية واجتماعية وتربوية لمختلف الفئات العمرية في المدارس، يمتاز بصفات شخصية وقدرات لحل المشاكل النفسية والسلوكية والمدرسية لكل من الطفل والمراهق في الوسط المدرسي، التي تنعكس نتائجها على مستواه الدراسي فتؤدي به إلى صعوبات في التعلم أو الرسوب أو التسرب المدرسي، ناهيك عن المشكلات النفسية كالخوف والقلق والاكتئاب. ولقيام الأخصائي النفسي المدرسي بدور إيجابي وجب توفر مناخ نفسي مدرسي ملائم، إضافة إلى توفير مختلف الوسائل والأدوات، حتى يقوم بتقديم خدمات علاجية وبرامج ارشادية تراعي الفروق الفردية إضافة إلى استخدام مختلف أساليب العلاج النفسي التي تهدف لتعديل السلوكات غير المقبولة، بتطبيق الاستراتيجيات المناسبة في تشخيص وعلاج مختلف المشكلات التي يتعرض لها التلاميذ في الوسط المدرسي، إضافة إلى تكافل جميع العاملين في الوسط المدرسي من معلمين وإدارة من جهة والأولياء من جهة أخرى بغرض تحقيق التكيف والتوافق النفسي للتلاميذ مع أنفسهم ومع بيئتهم، من حيث إمدادهم بالمعلومات الكافية، التي تساعدهم على التوافق والاندماج في المجتمع. Abstract: Psychological and educational guidance and guidance programs occupy an important place in the educational process in order to build the personality of students integrated in different aspects of their personality, so it is necessary to take care of them and help them to develop their potential and abilities and solve their problems and achieve their adjustment and psychological compatibility, and to achieve A school psychologist must be able to provide them with various counseling services. Accordingly, the school psychologist is an urgent necessity imposed by the social conditions of different countries, and Algeria, like other countries, hastened to appoint the position of an academically qualified school psychologist, who holds a bachelor's degree in one of the disciplines of psychology, with the experience and information that qualifies him. To perform its role to the fullest, through the provision of psychological, social and educational services for different age groups in schools, characterized by personal qualities and abilities to solve psychological, behavioral and school problems for both the child and the adolescent in the school environment, whose results are reflected in his school level, leading him to difficulties in Learning, failing or dropping out of school, not to mention psychological problems such as fear, anxiety and depression. In order to play a positive role, the school psychologist must provide an appropriate school psychologist, in addition to providing various means and tools, in order to provide therapeutic services and Counseling programmers that take into account individual differences, in addition to the use of various methods of psychotherapy aimed at modifying unacceptable behaviours, Applying appropriate strategies in diagnosing and treating the various problems that students face in the school environment, in addition to the solidarity of all the workers in the school environment, teachers and management on the one hand and parents on the other in order to achieve the adjustment and psychological compatibility of students with themselves and their environment, in terms of Provide them with adequate information, which helps them to integrate into society.
