Le résumé : Le pays des Grecs s'est développé dans les systèmes politiques depuis la fin des guerres de Troie vers 1200 av.J.-C., de la monarchie au système aristocratique, puis de la domination des tyrans à la domination de l’oligarchie, au début du Ve siècle av. J.-C. et à la suite de plusieurs changements politiques, économiques et sociaux, un système démocratique est apparu fondé sur le régime du peuple en élargissant les pouvoirs de l’Ecclésia en faisant le centre de la décision politique. La démocratie ethnique a atteint son apogée à l’ère de Périclès grâce a sa politique.
