نموذج مقترح للجودة وفق المعايير الإسلامية

الملخص

ملخص: هدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة وتحليل المعايير الإسلامية لجودة الإدارة وذلك من خلال التطرق للمرتكزات الفكرية للجودة، وكذا تقديم تأصيل نظري للمعايير عبر التطرق لمفاهيم المعايير وأهم المصطلحات المرتبطة بها وخصائها. حيث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في تمحيص وتلخيص أهم المصادر والمراجع التي تناولت موضوع الجودة في الإسلام، وكذا تحليل لأهم الدراسات السابقة التي تناولت المعايير الإسلامية للجودة. وتوصلت الدراسة الى ان هناك اجماع حول ثمانية معايير من بين واحد وعشرون معيار للجودة من منظور إسلامي والتي مثلت النسب العالية لما جاء به الباحثون في دراستهم السابقة وهذه المعايير هي: (الإحسان، الإتقان، التعاون، الرقابة الذاتية، القيادة الفعالة، التحسين المستمر، الشورى، المطابقة). Abstract: The aim of this research is to study and analyze the Islamic standards of management quality by addressing the intellectual foundations of quality, as well as providing a theoretical rooting for the standards by addressing the concepts of standards and the most important terms associated with them and their characteristics. Where the descriptive analytical approach was used to scrutinize and summarize the most important sources and references that dealt with the issue of quality in Islam, as well as an analysis of the most important previous studies that dealt with Islamic standards of quality, and the study concluded that there is consensus about eight standards out of twenty-one standards of quality from an Islamic perspective, which represented The high percentages of what the researchers stated in their previous study and these criteria are: (charity, perfection, cooperation, self-monitoring, effective leadership, continuous improvement, shura, conformity).
