العلاقة بين الأمن الغذائي وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة : قراءة تحليلية لتقرير منظمة Fao لعام 2021

الملخص
ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تحديد معالم العلاقة الرابطة بين الأمن الغذائي وأهداف التنمية المستدامة، وكذا معرفة مدى التقدم في تحقيق متطلبات الأمن الغذائي وفق أهداف التنمية المستدامة وأهم التحديات التي تواجه تحقيق تلك المتطلبات، لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استعمال بيانات تقرير منظمة FAO لعام 2021. ولقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن التقدم غير كافٍ في مؤشرات الأمن الغذائي، مما يُشير إلى أن أهداف التنمية المستدامة ذات الصلة بعيدة المنال على المستوى العالمي بحلول عام 2030، كما أن هناك جملة من التحديات التي تواجه تحقيق تلك المتطلبات، وما فتئت هذه التحديات تتعاظم مع تفشي جائحة كوفيد-19 والتدابير المتخذة لاحتوائها. وفي الأخير قدمت الدراسة عدد من التوصيات كان أهمها حث الدول والحكومات على وضع حلول متكاملة للسياسات والاستثمارات والتشريعات التي ستمكنها من مواجهة تلك التحديات. الكلمات المفتاحية: أمن غذائي؛ أهداف تنمية مستدامة؛ تحديات. تصنيف JEL : O13 ؛.O19 Abstract: This study aims to determine the parameters of the relationship between food security and sustainable development goals, as well as to know the extent of progress in achieving food security requirements in accordance with the sustainable development goals and the most important challenges facing the achievement of those requirements, To achieve the objectives of the study, data from the FAO report for the year 2021 were used. The study found that there is insufficient progress in food security indicators, which indicates that the relevant sustainable development goals are far from being achieved at the global level by 2030. There are also a number of challenges facing the realization of these requirements, and these challenges are increasing with the outbreak of the virus. The COVID-19 pandemic and the measures taken to contain it. Finally, the study presented a number of recommendations, the most important of which was urging countries and governments to develop integrated solutions for policies, investments and legislation that would enable them to face these challenges Keywords: food security , sustainable development goals, challenges.
