تطبيق استراتيجيات المسؤولية الاجتماعية في المؤسسة الاقتصادية: دراسة حالة شركة فايزر "pfizer"

الملخص
ملخص: حظي موضوع المسؤولية الاجتماعية باهتمام كبير من قبل الباحثين في السنوات الأخيرة وهذا بالنظر إلى تأثيره المباشر على النمو الاقتصادي ورفاهية المجتمع. في هذا الصدد، جاءت دراستنا لتركز على دراسة استراتيجية شركة Pfizer كإحدى الشركات الرائدة في مجال المسؤولية الاجتماعية وتجيب بذلك عن الإشكالية الرئيسية التي تتمثل في: "ما أهم استراتيجيات المسؤولية الاجتماعية المتبعة من قبل شركة Pfizer؟". أثبتت نتائج دراستنا أن شركة Pfizer تهتم بمعايير المسؤولية الاجتماعية بمختلف مجالاتها، خاصة أن تقييم الشركات غير مبني فقط على رقم أعمالها وإنما تعداه ليشمل سياساتها وبرامجها التي تعتمد عليها لتسيير مواردها البشرية ومنتجاتها وطاقتها بطريقة فعالة تضمن استمرار نشاطها وتطور أدائها بما يخدم أهدافها وأهداف المجتمع ككل. الكلمات المفتاحية: المسؤولية الاجتماعية؛ البعد البيئي؛ البعد الاجتماعي؛ الحوكمة. تصنيف JEL: M410 ؛ M490. Abstract: In recent years, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has become an increasingly studied topic, given its direct impact on economic growth and the welfare of society. In this regard, our study focused on studying Pfizer's strategy as one of the leading companies in the field of social responsibility and thus answers the main problem, which is: "What are the most important social responsibility strategies adopted by Pfizer?". The results of our study proved that this Pfizer company is concerned with the standards of social responsibility in its various fields, especially that the evaluation of companies is not based only on their turnover, but rather includes their policies and programs that depend on them to manage their human resources, products and energy in an effective manner that ensures the continuity of their activities and the development of their performance in order to serve their goals and the goals of society as a whole. . .
