الملخص
- تعتبر شركة المحاصة من شركات الاشخاص التي تنعقد بين شخصين او اكثر. بحيث يساهم كل فيهم بحصة من المال او من العمل من اجل تحقيق ارباح. تقوم على الاعتبار الشخصي للراغبين في ممارسة التجارة بصورة مستترة وغير محدد لهوياتهم. تفقد فيها الشخصية المعنوية مكانتها بالرغم من توافر الاركان الموضوعية العامة. من رضاء ومحل السبب, الا ان غياب الكتابة والقيد في السجل التجاري يجعلانها تنحصر في العلاقة القائمة بين الشركاء دون ان تكون معلومة للغير. abstract the joint venture company is one of the companies of persons that are held between two or more persons.so that eaach of them contributes a share of money or work in order to achieve profits. and is based on the personal consideration of these wishing to engage in trade in a disguised and undetermined manner. in wish the legal personality loses itses ites statue despite the availability of the general objective pillarsof satisfaction and reason. but the absence of writing and registration in the commercial registry maks them confined to the existing relation ship between partners without bieng known to others.
