الملخص
تعتبر العلاقة بين الإتحاد الأوروبي والضفة الجنوبية قديمة قدم التاريخ ،حيث كانت على شكل استعمار القوى التقليدية لمنطقة الضفة الجنوبية ، أما في الوقت الراهن فتمثلت في اتفاقية لها أسس جديدة للعلاقات الإقليمية في المنطقة، ما يمثل تحولا كبيرا في علاقة ضفتي المتوسط الغير متوازنتين ،نظرا للهوة الكبيرة التي تميز الشمال المتوسطي عن جنوبه، لذلك نحاول من خلال هذه الدراسة معرفة ما حدث وما يُتوقع أن يحدث وفق تحليل تداعيات تغير الأنظمة في منطقة المتوسط بعد الثورات علي الشراكة الأورومتوسطية والتي بدأت في إطار مؤتمر برشلونة، وما هو مستقبل تلك الشراكة مع الدول المتوسطية، فالاتحاد الأوروبي حدد الأطر التي يدور في فلكها لتحقيق مصالحه في المنطقة.
