الملخص
ملخص : يناقش هذا المقال، مظاهر العودة الروسية كفاعل مهم ومؤثر في السياسية الدولية، عن طريق المشاركة في القضايا التي تعيشها البيئة الجيوسياسية لمنطقة الشرق الأوسط، تزايد دورها مع بدء "الثورات العربية" ،والتي خلقت لها آفاقا استراتيجية جديدة، لتعزيز وتنمية نفوذها بالمنطقة، يتم التطرق أيضا إلى أهم التطورات، التي شهدتها السياسة الخارجية الروسية بعد وصول الرئيس الروسي"فلاديمير بويين"لسدة الحكم منذ عام 2000 م، في محاولة لفهم طبيعة التحول في دوافعها و أهدافها تجاه منطقة الشرق الأوسط، و أهمية هذه الأخيرة من المنظور الجيوبوليتكي الروسي، بالتركيز على النظرية الجيوبوليتكية للمفكر"ألكسندر دوغين" تحت مسمى "السياسة الرابعة" لمحاولة لفهم مدى تأثير ها في التوجهات الكبرى للاستراتيجية الروسية وسلوكياتها الخارجية تجاه دول المنطقة، التي من خلالها تسعى روسيا إلى إحياء دورها و استرجاع هيبتها في المجتمع الدولي ، واستخلاص علاقة الأثر والتأثر بين العالم النظري الجيوبوليتيكي والعالم التطبيقي أو الميداني الروسي،منذ مطلع الألفية الجديدة للقرن الحادي والعشرون في منطقة الشرق الأوسط . الكلمات المفتاحية: المنظور الإستراتيجي ،روسيا،الشرق الأوسط،والمقاربة الأوراسية،التوجهات الجديدة. Abstrac : This article discusses the manifestations of the Russian return as an important and influential actor in international politics, by participating in the issues experienced by the geopolitical environment in the Middle East, whose role has increased with the start of the "Arab revolutions", which created new strategic horizons for them, to strengthen and develop their influence in the region. Also to the most important developments in Russian foreign policy after the arrival of Russian President Vladimir Boyin to power since 2000 AD, in an attempt to understand the nature of the shift in its motives and objectives towards the Middle East, and the importance of the latter from the Russian geopolitical perspective, focusing on The geopolitical theory of the thinker "Alexander Dugin" under the name "The Fourth Policy" In an attempt to understand the extent of its impact on the major trends of the Russian strategy and its foreign behavior towards the countries of the region, through which Russia seeks to revive its role and restore its prestige in the international community, and to extract the relationship of impact and influence between the geopolitical theoretical world and the Russian applied or field world, since the beginning of the new millennium of the century Twenty-first in the Middle East.
