الملخص
ملخص تكتسي دراسة ظاهرتا العمل والممارسات الدينية والثقافية بتعدّد أنماطها أهميّة بالغة لدى الباحثين في مجال العلوم الإنسانية بمختلف تخصصاتها، ومع تنامي ظاهرة الهجرة الذي تشهده اليد العاملة الجزائرية نحو الدول الغربية، والتي لا تقلّ أهمية من حيث التأثير على حياة الفرد،وهويّته وتمثّلاته في مختلف جوانبها، خلال مسار انتقاله :من المجتمع الأصلي إلى المجتمع المستقبل. انطلاقاً من هذا، هدفت دراستنا الميدانية واعتمادا على الاستبيان إلى رصد أهم الممارسات الثقافية السائدة في أوساط العمال الجزائريين المغتربين بمطار مدينة مونتريال الدولي بكندا، ومدى تأثيرها على السلوك الاجتماعي والمهني. إلى جانب البحث في جوانب العلاقة الجدلية الموجودة بين القناعات، وأدوات الضبط لدى العامل الجزائري المغترب المتمثلة في :الدين والقيم والعادات والتقاليد ، وإرادته لتقديس اهتماماته الشخصية في العمل. Summary The study of the two phenomena of work and religious and cultural practices, in their various forms is of great importance to researchers in the field of human sciences in their various specializations, and with the growing phenomenon of migration that the algerian workforce are leaving for western countries, which is no less important in terms of the impact on the life of the individual ,and his identity and his representations in various aspects, during the course of his transition. : From the original community to the future society. Based on this, our field study, based on the questionnaire, to monitor the most important cultural practices prevailing among the algerians immigrants workers at Montreal international airport, Canada, and the extent of their impact on social and professional behavior. And research in the aspects of the dialectical relation that exists between convictions, and the tools of control of the algerian immigrant worker, represented by: religion, values, customs and traditions, and his will to sanctify his personal interests at work.
