الكفاءات التدريسيّة و أثرُها على المتعلّمين في تجاوبهم مع المادة العلميّة بمرحلة التّعليم الثاّنوي-اللغة العربية أنموذجا- دراسة ميدانيّة

الملخص
ملخص يعدّ المعلّم الركيزة الأساسيّة في العمليّة التعليميّة /التعلّميّة، فعليه يقع العبء الأكبر في تزويد الطلاب بكلّ ماهو مستحدث من حقائق و نظريات و قوانين، وعليه يتوقف نجاحهم. ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف بنجاح يجب أن يتميّز المعلّم بكفاءة و فعالية تتوقفان إلى حدّ كبير على ما يملكه من كفاءات تدريسيّة قائمة على الخبرة التكوينية والميدانية، والتي تؤهله بدورها ليكون مؤثرا في سلوكات المتعلمين من حيث تجاوبهم مع المادة التعليميّة التي يقدمها و بالتالي الرفع من مستوى الأداء لديهم، الشيء الذي يعود بالفائدة على تحسين تحصيلهم الدراسي. ومنه جاءت الدراسة لتسلّط الضوء على أهم كفاءات التدريس ومدى تأثيرها على المتعلّمين في تجاوبهم مع المادة التعليميَّة في مرحلة التعليم الثّانوي. الكلمات المفتاحية: كفاءات التدريس،المعلم ، المادة التعليميّة،التحصيل الدراسي. Abstract : The teacher is considered as the main pillar in teaching/learning process, so the greatest burden falls on providing students with all the new facts, theories and laws, and their success depends upon this. In order to achieve these goals successfully, the teacher must be characterized by an efficiency and effectiveness that depend to a large extent on his teaching competencies based on formative and field-based experience, which in turn qualify him to be influential in the behavior of the learners in terms of their response to the scientific subject he provides and thus raising their level of their performance, thing that is beneficial for improving their academic achievement. From this, the study came to shed light on the most important teaching competencies and the extent of their impact on learners in their response to the scientific subject in the secondary education level.
