الملخص
ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى مناقشة موضوع في غاية من الأهمية، ألا وهو " النخب العربية مقاربة معرفية: دراسة مقارنة بين النخب في مصر والنخب في تونس"، فالمتتبع لتاريخ المجتمعات الإنسانية وتطورها يرصد أن هذه المجتمعات في وجودها واستقرارها وديناميكيتها شهدت على مر العصور الإقرار بفكرة مفيدة مفادها أن السلطة لا يمكن أن تمارس بواسطة الجميع، وأنه لا بد من وجود جماعة أو جهة أو طبقة أو هيئة أو أقلية، تستند إليها مهام القيادة والتوجيه وتمتلك الدور الأكبر في التأثير على سيرورة مجتمعاتها في اتخاذ القرارات، وهذه الفئة أطلق عليها اسم " النخبة " وتنبع الأهمية البحثية لهذا الموضوع في كونه يعالج ظاهرة مهمة، فموضوع النخبة شكل موضوعا هاما للبحث في مختلف المجالات الاجتماعية والسياسية وحظيت باهتمام كبير من قبل المفكرين، خاصة وأن النخبة هي التي تحرك المجتمعات الدولية، وعليه ارتأينا من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية دراسة النخب العربية مقاربة معرفية: وسنحاول دراسة أبرز المفاهيم المتطرقة لمفهوم النخبة، بالإضافة إلى كوننا سنحاول دراسة مقارنة بين بين تجربتين من النخب العربية التجربة التونسية والتجربة المصرية. الكلمات المتاحية: النخبة، النخبة العربية، التغيير السياسي.
