نماذج علاقة جودة الحياة الوظيفية وأبعادها بجودة الخدمات الصحية

الملخص
تتفحص الدراسة العلاقة بين جودة الحياة الوظيفية وأبعادها بجودة الخدمات الصحية إحصائياً، حيث خضعت البيانات إلى مختلف النماذج الخطية و المنحنية، مع تحليل و تفسير نتائجها، للحصول على النموذج الرياضي الأنسب في وصف علاقة إمكانية التنبؤ بالمتغير التابع تبعاً للثابت. هناك علاقة خطية بسيطة بين جودة الحياة الوظيفية وجودة الخدمات الصحية، و كذا بين الأبعاد المفسرة لجودة الحياة الوظيفية والمتغير التابع، حيث تمت دراستهم بشكل ثنائي، ومن ثم فحص كافة المتغيرات الممثلة لجودة الحياة الوظيفية و علاقتها بجودة الخدمات الصحية من أجل التوصل للنموذج المحسن عبر مختلف نماذج الانحدار الخطي المتعدد، حيث وجد أن الأبعاد (التصميم الوظيفي، الاستقرار والأمن الوظيفي، التوازن بين الحياة الشخصية والوظيفية) الأكثر تمثيلا و تأثيراُ للتنبؤ بجودة الخدمات الصحية. The study examines the relationship between the quality of work life and its dimensions with the quality of health services statistically, as the data were subjected to various linear and curved models, with analysis and interpretation of their results, to obtain the most appropriate mathematical model in describing the relationship of predictability of the dependent variable according to the constant. There is a simple linear relationship between the quality of work life and the quality of health services, as well as between the explanatory dimensions of work quality and the dependent variable, as they were studied bilaterally, and then examined all the variables representing the quality of work life and its relationship to the quality of health services in order to arrive at the improved model Across the various multiple linear regression models, it was found that the dimensions (functional design, stability and job security, balance between personal and career life) are the most representative and influential for predicting the quality of health services.
