ملخص: إن الدراسات النقدية التي تناولت النقد العربي قديمه أو حديثه ، كثيرة ومتنوعة حتى ليبدو من قبيل المغامرة اليوم من حيث الظاهرة ،على الأقل أن يجازف المرء بنفسه فيعود إلى البحث في هذا التراث ، دون أن يقع في تكرار ما قيل خاصة إذا انطلق من بناء نظريته، أو بعبارة أخرى تصوره لهذا النقد كنظرية شكري محمد عياد في الاتجاه البنيوي . Abstract: The critical studies that dealt with Arab criticism, ancient or modern, are many and varied, so that it seems adventurous today, in terms of appearance, at least, to risk himself and return to research in this heritage, without falling into repeating what was said, especially if he proceeds from building his theory, or In other words, his conception of this criticism as the theory of Shukri Muhammad Ayyad in the structural direction.
