الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع تطبيق إعادة هندسة العمليات الإدارية ومدى مساهمتها في تحسين أداء الموارد البشرية بمديرية أملاك الدولة – ولاية الأغواط- حيث تم الاعتماد في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي الذي يصف إعادة هندسة العمليات الإدارية وتحسين أداء المورد البشري، وتم اسقاط دراستنا على عينة متكونة من 60 (ستين) موظف من موظفي المديرية محل الدراسة من خلال توزيع الاستبيان عليهم، لنخلص إلى مجموعة من النتائج والتوصيات التي يمكن أن تساهم في تطبيق أفضل لإعادة هندسة العمليات الادارية في مجال إدارة الموارد البشرية ، وتوصلنا في هذه الدراسة إلى أن لإعادة هندسة العمليات الإدارية دور كبير في تحسين أداء الموارد البشرية. This study aimed to identify the reality of the application of administrative process re-engineering and the extent of its contribution to improving the performance of human resources in the Directorate of State Properties - Laghouat State - where this study relied on the descriptive approach that describes the re-engineering of administrative processes and improving the performance of human resources, and our study was dropped on A sample of 60 (sixty) employees of the directorate under study by distributing a questionnaire to them, in order to conclude a set of results and recommendations that can contribute to a better application of re-engineering administrative processes in the field of human resources management, and we concluded in this study that re-engineering Administrative processes have a significant role in improving the performance of human resources.
