الملخص

يعاني نظام التعليم العالي سواء في البلدان المتطورة أو النامية من تحديات عديدة تهدد بتقويض النموذج التسييري ونموذج حوكمة التعليم العالي القائم على تنسيق المداخيل المتأتية من المساعدات والهبات الحكومية والخاصة (الخيرية)، فضلا عن أنماط التدريس العتيقة. انطلاقا من ذلك يسعي هذا المقال إلى الكشف عن أهم التحديات التي تواجه الجامعات، والتي تم تقسيمها في هذا السياق إلى تحديات صادرة عن التدفق الضخم للمعلومات ممثلة في الأنترنت، التعليم عن بعد والجامعات الرقمية وأخرى متعلقة بغياب التمويل الكافي للمؤسسات الجامعية، وضمن مسعي معالجة مشكلة تمويل الجامعات تنطوي جهود فحص مدى جدية وفعالية بعض التدابير المتخذة. The higher education system in both developed or underdeveloped countries suffers from several challenges, that threaten to undermine the managerial model and higher education governance model based on coordination of income derived from government and private donations and aid (charity), As well as traditional teaching styles. Therefore this article discusses the most important challenges facing universities which has been split in this context that the challenges issued by the massive flow of information represented on Internet, distance education, universities, the other part of challenges are those issued by lack of adequate funding for academic institutions, in an effort to address the problem of funding of universities involve efforts to examine the seriousness and the effectiveness of some measures.
