درجة ممارسة مدراء المدارس للقيادة المدرسية ومستوى تطبيق التكنولوجيا في ظل جائحة كورونا

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة للكشف عن درجة ممارسة مدراء المدارس للقيادة المدرسية ومستوى تطبيق التكنولوجيا في ظل جائحة كورونا، كما هدفت إلى الكشف عما إذا كان هناك فروق بين متوسطات تقديرات مديري المدارس الأساسية بمحافظة اربد والعاصمة عمان بدولة الاردن في درجة ممارسة مدراء المدارس للقيادة المدرسية ومستوى تطبيق التكنولوجيا في ظل جائحة كورونا تعزى إلى متغيرات الدراسة وهي: الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة ، ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لمناسبته لمثل هذا النوع من الدراسات في وصف الظاهرة موضوع الدراسة وتحليل بياناتها وبيان العلاقة بين مكوناتها كما قام الباحث بتصميم استبانة تكونت من/ 28 فقرة ، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 106 مديرا من مدراء المدارس الحكومية والخاصة التابع لإدارتي اربد وعمان في محافظة اربد والعاصمة عمان بدولة الاردن، للتعرف علي العلاقة بين درجة ممارسة مديرين المدارس للقيادة المدرسية ومستوي القيادة المدرسية وتطبيق تكنولوجيا التعليم الالكتروني لدي مدراء ومديرات المدارس الخاصة والحكومية في إدارتي اربد وعمان في محافظة اربد والعاصمة عمان بدولة الاردن، استخدم الباحث معامل ارتباط بيرسون واسفرت النتائج عن وجود علاقة طردية بين كلا من مستوى القيادة المدرسية لمديرين المدارس ومستوي تطبيق تكنولوجيا التعليم الالكتروني لدي مدراء ومديرات المدارس الخاصة والحكومية لإدارتي اربد وعمان في محافظة اربد والعاصمة عمان بدولة الاردن عند مستوي دلالة إحصائية 0.01 وتبين أن كلما ازداد معدل مستوي ممارسات القيادة المدرسية لدي مدراء المدارس الحكومية والخاصة بإدارتي أربد وعمان التعليمية بمقدار 1 % ازداد معدل مستوي تطبيق تكنولوجيا التعليم الالكتروني في ظل جائحة كورونا في إدارتي أربد وعمان التعليمية بمقدار 0.602 % . The study aimed at revealing the degree of school principals' implementation of school leadership and the level of technology application in light of Corona pandemic. It also aimed at revealing whether there are differences between the average estimates of primary schools principals in Irbid Governorate and the capital Amman in Jordan regarding the degree of school principals' implementation of school leadership as well as technology application level in light of Corona pandemic due to the study variables: gender, educational qualification, and years of experience. In order to achieve these goals, the researcher used the descriptive-analytical approach due to its relevance to this type of studies in describing the phenomenon under study, analysing its data, and clarifying the relationship between its components. The researcher also designed a questionnaire consisting of 28 items, and the study sample consisted of 106 principals of public and private schools affiliated to the administrations of Irbid and Amman in Irbid governorate and the capital Amman in Jordan, in order to identify the relationship between the degree of school principals' implementation of school leadership, the level of school leadership and the use of educational technology e-mail to the principals of private and public schools in the administrations of Irbid and Amman in Irbid governorate and the capital Amman. The researcher used Pearson correlation coefficient. Results revealed a direct relationship between the level of school leadership for school principals and the level of application of e-learning technology among the principals of private and public schools for the administrations of Irbid and Amman at a statistical significance level of 0.01. It was found that the higher the average level of school leadership practices among the principals of public and private schools in the educational administrations of Irbid and Amman by 1% was, the higher the average level of application of e-learning technology in light of the Corona pandemic in the educational administrations of Irbid and Amman is by 0.602%.
