أثر الحوكمة الرقمية في مكافحة الفساد الإداري

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إلقاء الضوء على أسلوب ممارسة سلطات الإدارة الرشيدة أو يصطلح عليها الحوكمة الرقمية، حيث تلعب دورا هاما في الوقاية من الفساد سواء بطريقة مباشرة عن طريق القضاء على مختلف مظاهره، أو عن طريق دعم الشفافية والمسائلة الإدارية. ومما لا شك فيه أن الحوكمة الرقمية أصبحت تحتل أهمية كبيرة على المستوى العالمي الآن، وتطبق مفاهيم الحوكمة الرقمية بشكل عام من خلال الاجراءات والعمليات التي يتم من خلالها توجيه المنظمات والتحكم بها، وتوزيع الحقوق والمسؤوليات على مختلف الأطراف عن طريق تكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتصال. This study aims to shed light on the consept of the method of practicing the governance powers, or what was termed as <<governance>>. Which plays a signifieant role in preventing from administrative corruption, weather by directly eliminating the adequate for the spread of different asprct of administrative corruption, or indirectily by enchancing the set of procedures and processes. There is no doubt that digital governance it has become very important in the world now, and the concept of digital governance in general is considered and processes through which organizations are directed and controlled, and the distribution of rights and responsibilities to the various parties through information and communication technology.
