الملخص
يعتبر تمويل المؤسسة من المسائل المهمة التي يضمن استمرارها، وزيادة رأس مال شركة المساهمة يعدمن الآليات التي تكفل تمويلها، وتتجلى أهمية هذه العملية في أن الشركة تحصل على التمويل دون الحاجة إلى الاستدانة. ويستخلص من هذه الدراسة أن عملية زيادة رأس مال شركة المساهمة قد تتحقق بالحصول على أموال غير التي تحوزها الشركة فتكون عن طريق التمويل الخارجي، وقد تتم من الأموال التي هي تحت تصرف الشركة فتكون زيادة رأس المال عن طريق التمويل الداخلي. ل، تمويل خارجي، تمويل خارجي. Abstrat: The financing of the company is one of the important issues that guarantees its continuity, and the increase in the capital of the joint-stock company is part of the mechanisms that guarantee its financing.The importance of this process is that the company obtains financing without the need to go into debt. It is concluded from this study that the operation of increasing the capital of a joint-stock company can be carried out by obtaining funds other than those owned by the company, through external financing, and it can be done from of funds that are available to the business. company, the capital increase will therefore be carried out by internal financing.
