الملخص
يعتبر موضوع المسؤولية الجزائية في جرائم الأعمال من المواضيع المهمة في ميدان جرائم الأعمال، ذلك أن مسألة ضوابط المسؤولية الجزائية من المسائل الأولية التي ينبغي حصرها وتحديدها قبل المتابعة الجزائية إذ أن هذا النوع من الجرائم يتطلب دراسة مسؤولية مسير المؤسسة بالنسبة للشخص الطبيعي ثم دراسة مسؤولية الشخص المعنوي تتطلب معرفة الأحكام القانونية لمتابعة الشخص المعنوي، خاصة وأن هذه المسؤولية حديثة نوعا ما مقارنة مع مسؤولية الشخص الطبيعي التي تعتبر الأصل في المسؤولية الجزائية. الكلمات المفتاحية: المسؤولية الجزائية، جرائم الأعمال، الشخص المعنوي، العقوبات. The issue of criminal responsibility in business crimes is considered one of the important topics in the field of business crimes, as the issue of the controls of criminal responsibility is one of the primary issues that should be limited and identified before the penal follow-up, as this type of crime requires studying the responsibility of the institution’s path for the natural person and then studying the responsibility of the person moral requires knowledge of the legal provisions to follow up on the legal person, especially since this responsibility is somewhat modern compared to the responsibility of the natural person, which is considered the origin of criminal responsibility.
