الملخص

هدفت الدراسة في هذا المقال إلى التعرف على المعوقات التي يواجهها الأستاذ الجامعي بمؤسسات التعليم الجزائرية أثناء تطبيقه لمعايير الجودة في أدائه التدريسي وذلك من أجل فهم أكثر لاحتياجاته ومساعدته في تطوير العملية التعليمية وتقديم الأفضل للطلاب والجامعة والمجتمع ككل. وذلك بانطلاقنا من تحديد المفاهيم الأساسية للجودة والتعليم العالي والأداء التدريسي وعرض للدراسات السابقة التي تناولت موضوع معوقات جودة الأداء التدريسي والتي أظهرت نتائجها بأن الأستاذ الجامعي يواجه العديد من المعوقات التي تحول تطبيقه لمعايير الجودة في أدائه التدريسي والتي قمنا بتحديدها كالتالي: معوقات أكاديمية ومعوقات شخصية. وأن الشرط الأساسي لنجاح تطبيق مبادئ الجودة الشاملة في الأداء التدريسي يكمن في مدى إيمان الأستاذ الجامعي بهذه المبادئ والعمل على تحدي جميع المعوقات والرقي بالعلمية التعليمية. Abstract: The study in this article aimed to identify the obstacles faced by the university professor in Algerian educational institutions while applying the quality standards in his teaching performance in order to understand more of his needs and help him in developing the educational process and provide the best for students, the .university and society as a whole and by setting out the basic concepts of quality, higher education and teaching performance, and a presentation of previous studies that dealt with the issue of obstacles to the quality of teaching performance, the results ofwhich showed that the university professor faces many obstacles that transform his application of quality standards in his teaching performance, which we have identified as follows: Academic obstacles and personal obstacles. And that the basic condition for the success of applying the principles of total quality in the teaching performance lies in the extent of the university professor’s faith in these principles and the work to challenge all .obstacles and the advancement of the educational process
