الملخص
ملخص: يعتبر التعليم نقطة الانطلاق في تطور الحضارات ومحور بناء المجتمعات، فتقييم أي مجتمع يكون على أساس نسبة المتعلمين فيه، لذلك يؤدي قطاع التعليم العالي دوراً كبيرا ومميزاً في تكوين رأسمال بشري، وعليه كان من الضروري على حكومات الدول الاهتمام بالتعليم العالي وتدعيمه بمختلف الوسائل والأساليب والطاقات اللازمة لتطويره، وتحقيق التنمية المتواصلة عن طريق تحقيق الأمن والاستقرار، ونشير إلى انه من الأخطار التي تهدد استقراره هو ظاهرة العنف حيث يعتبر الطالب الجامعيّ العنصر المهمّ والفعّال في هذه الظاهرة، وذلك لأنّ العنف الجامعيّ يعكس المظهر الداخليّ الذي تربّى عليه الطالب، والبيئة الاجتماعيّة التي نشأ فيها، بالإضافة إلى عدّة عوامل تساهم في تنامي هذه الظاهرة التي تأخذ أشكالا عدة منها: العنف( اللفظي، الإيماءات والإشارات، الجسدي، والموجه نحو الممتلكات، والنفسي) لذلك فالهدف من هذه الورقة البحثية هو ابراز دور الجامعة في الضبط والحد من العنف الطلابي، من خلال وضع مقاربة تشاركية لضمان الامن التعليمي وحل مشكلة العنف داخل المؤسسات الجامعية الجزائرية وانجاح التحصيل الدراسي . كلمات المفتاحية: مقاربة، التشاركية، العنف، التحصيل الدراسي، المجالس التأديبية. Abstract: Education is the starting point in the development of civilizations and the axis of building societies. The evaluation of any society is based on the percentage of learners in it. Therefore, the higher education sector plays a large and distinctive role in the formation of human capital. Therefore, it was necessary for the governments of countries to pay attention to higher education and support it with various means, methods and energies necessary. to develop it, and to achieve continuous development by achieving security and stability, We point out that one of the dangers that threatens its stability is the phenomenon of violence, where the university student is considered the important and effective element in this phenomenon, because university violence reflects the internal appearance in which the student was brought up, and the social environment in which he grew up, in addition to several factors that contribute to the growth of this phenomenon that It takes several forms, including: violence (verbal, gestures and signs, physical, directed towards property, and psychological). Therefore, the aim of this research paper is to highlight the role of the university in controlling and reducing student violence, by developing a participatory approach to ensure educational security and solve the problem of violence within institutions.
