الملخص
In light of this crisis in the Arab world emerged a number of Arab projects that tried to promote and events positive change and highlighting the specificity of Islamic civilization, which was of high standing among other civilizations and intellectual activity political, philosophical, literary, scientific and cultural fields. Today is the time for the need for cultural renaissance to restore the leadership that was once occupied by Arab culture. The Moroccan thinker, "Abdullah al-Arabi" of contemporary Arab thinkers, which dealt with the problem of cultural renaissance in The struggle between the ego and the other, through the revision of heritage and culture, continued in order to achieve emancipation and restore the influence of the nation arab Islamic Leadership Center. Hence, we ask the following question: How does the process of cultural renaissance take place in a variety of forms? Arab consciousness? How did Al-Arawi's ideas contribute to expanding the base of revival and reform in Arab society?
