الحماية الدستورية لعناصر التنوّع البيولوجي

الملخص
ملخص: تعتبــر الحماية الدستورية لمواضيع حماية البيئة من اختصاصات المجلس الشعبي الوطني منذ دستور 1976 ،وذلك في مواقع مختلفة بحسب التعديلات ،ولقد نص الدستور على حماية الثروة النباتية والحيوانية والأنظمة الايكولوجية التي تعتبر من عناصر ومكونات التنوع البيولوجي ، غير أنها ناقصة لا تلم عن المجال بشكل كامل .ولقد أغفل المشرع الدستوري النص على المصطلح اللفظي للتنوع البيولوجي الذي يكون كافيا ومتضمنا لجميع عناصره ومستوياته. Abstract: The constitution mental protection issues is one of the prerogatives of the National People’s Assembly since the Constitution of 1976; in various locations according to the amendments; and the constitution stipulates the protection of plant and animal wealth and ecosystems that are among the components and components of biological diversity; but they are considered deficient and do not fully understand the field And the constitutional legislator has neglected the text of the verbal term for biological diversity; which is sufficient and includes all Its elements and levels
