الملخص
ملخص: تعد الهجرة من أهم المواضيع التي تستقطب النقاش المعمق بين الساسة والباحثين ورجال القانون، بعد تشكلها كظاهرة لها أبعادها الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والإستراتيجية المؤثرة في النسق الاجتماعي وتوازنه سواء بالنسبة للدول المصدرة، أو الدول المستقبلة للعنصر البشري. هذا النسق الذي يتأثر بالأساس عندما يصاحب الظاهرة وقوع جريمة، خصوصا أمام التطور الهائل في جميع المجالات المصاحب لظاهرة العولمة، والناتج عن كثرة تنقل رؤوس الأموال والأشخاص عبر العالم، في حركية مكثفة أفرزت ما يسمى بالهجرة غير الشرعية التي أصبحت من العوامل المساهمة في تفاقم الظاهرة الإجرامية. الكلمات المفتاحية: الهجرة غير الشرعية، جرائم رد الفعل، جرائم الاستيطان، الدول المستقبلة، الاتجار بالبشر.
