الملخص
تناولت الدراسة موضوع التحكيم الالكتروني في ظل جائحة كورونا، باعتبار هذا النظام يعتمد على الوسائل الالكترونية التي أثبتت إمكانية اعتمادها حتى في ظل جائحة كورونا، ذلك أن الانترنت لم تتأثر بالجائحة وظلت تعمل بشكل طبيعي، إلا أن اعتماد هذا النظام يتوقف على ما تتضمنه اتفاقية التحكيم من إمكانية اللجوء إليه، إضافة إلى السلطات الممنوحة لهيئة التحكيم بموجب هذه الاتفاقية أو بموجب نص قانوني.
