الملخص
This article attempts to present some unknown aspects of the private life of the author of the manuscript entitled Toulou3 Saad As "So'oud. Agha Ben Ouda El Mazari, who spoke about his life in his manuscript that we know only" A single copy deposited in the museum of Oran, but unfortunately the pages relating to his biography are lacking. Our article proposes a biography of this personality based on some contemporary sources, and we find through them some statements that express the opinions of El Mazari towards different issues. We have found that this character has played a major role in the French administration service, Through his life, which lasted from 1843 until his death in 1897 served El Mazari positions multiple: Kaid, and the head of a group in a mixed municipality juror Muslims in General Council of the province of Oran, and won a number of honors honorary knight and officer in the Legion of honor and an honorary finally Agha 1894.
