دور رأس المال الاجتماعي في التنمية المستدامة

الملخص
الملخص: لا يمكن أن تحدث تنمية مستدامة في أي مجتمع أنساني يعاني من عدم الانسجام والتوافق بين مكوناته الاجتماعية. يتميز المجتمع العربي بثروته الطبيعية وبرأس ماله البشري، إلا أن هيمنة الفردية كسلوك في المجتمع العربي من جهة وعدم قدرة هذا المجتمع في التحكم بالتكنولوجيا وتدني المستوى التعليمي وظهور نزعة الاتكالية أدت إلى انعدام تنمية اقتصادية – اجتماعية ذات بعد تنموي مستدام.أن غياب الاستثمار في رأس المال البشري في المجتمع العربي هو الذي أدى إلى تراجع الاقتصاد العربي بل أكثر من هذا إلى عدم قدرته على مواكبة الاقتصاد العالمي. Abstract: Sustainable development cannot occur in any human society that suffers from a lack ofharmany andcompatibility between its social components. Arab society is characterized by its natural wealth and human capital, but the dominance of individualism as a behavior in Arab society on the one hsnd, and the inability of this society to control technology, low educational level and the emergence of a tendency to dependence led to the inability to achieve socio – economic development with a sustainable development dimension. The absense of investment in human capital in Arab society is what led to the decline of the Arabeconomy, but more than this, to its inability to keep pace with the international economy. Hence,l try in this study to shed light on the role of social capital in sustainable development and the relationship between tham.
