نشوء و تطور علم الاجتماع السياسي ومناهجه

الملخص
يظهر علم الاجتمــــاع السيــــاسي على أنه العلم الذي يدرس الدولـــة و مؤسساتها، على أن يبقى على فكرة السيادة الملازمة لها تحديد مقوماتها الفلسفية والأخلاقية. وعليه نستخلص مجددا أن موضوع علم الاجتماع السياسي يهتم بدراسة العلاقة بين السلوك السياسي والسلوك الاجتماعي ومن ثم العلاقة بين البنى السياسية والبنى الاجتماعية. وهو يسعى إلى تحقيق هذا الهدف، فإنه يفترض أن النظم السياسية والسلوك السياسي لا يتحقق لهما فهما ملائمان في ضوء تحليل بناهما الداخلية و إنما لابد أن يتم ربطهما بالنظم الاجتماعية والعلاقات الاجتماعية والثقافية. Political sociology appears as the science that studies the state and its institutions, provided that it maintains the idea of sovereignty inherent in it and defines its philosophical and ethical components. Accordingly, we conclude again that the subject of political sociology is concerned with studying the relationship between political behavior and social behavior, and then the relationship between political structures and social structures. As he seeks to achieve this goal, he assumes that political systems and political behavior do not have an adequate understanding in the light of an analysis of their internal structures, but rather that they must be linked to social systems and social and cultural relations.
