وسائل التعاون الدولي من أجل التنمية "نظام الأفضليات المعمم واتفاقيات الشراكة"

الملخص
نظام أفضلية المعمم وعقود الشراكة هي أدوات لتشجيع الدول النامية على الإندماج في التجارة العالمية، تقدم الدول المتقدمة تسهيلات جمركية للدول النامية في إطار نظام الأفضليات المعمم لترفع من صادراتها ومواردها المالية. عقود الشراكة تبرم بين دول الشمال ودول الجنوب خاصة الغرض منها المبادلات التجارية على أساس المصلحة المشتركة بهدف الإندماج الإقتصادي. نظام الأفضليات المعمم يقدم طواعيا من الدول المتقدمة إلى الدول النامية بدون مقابل مادي. أما عقود الشراكة فهي مبرمة بين الأطراف على أساس المصلحة المشتركة. The generalized system of preference and partnership contracts are tools to encourage developing countries to integrate into world trade. The developed countries provide customs facilities for developing countries within the framework of the generalized system of preferences to increase their exports and financial resources. Partnership contracts are concluded between the countries of the North and the countries of the South, especially for the purpose of commercial exchanges on the basis of common interest with the aim of economic integration. The Generalized System of Preferences (GSP) is offered voluntarily from developed countries to developing countries free of charge. As for partnership contracts, they are concluded between the parties on the basis of common interest.
