المعلّم الكفء؟

الملخص
ملخص: نهدف من وراء مقالنا هذا إلى تقديم حوصلة لأهم التصوّرات التي أمكن رصدها من قبل الباحثين عرباً كانوا أم غربيين، حول موضوع كفاءة المعلّم. والتي تبرز إلى السطح كلّما بُعث النقاش حول المسائل المتعلقة بالمدرسة عموماً وبالسيرورة التعليميّة – التعلّمية على وجه الخصوص، وما يتصل بها من محاور كالأهداف والفعالية وغيرها. أين نجد أن لكلّ شخص سواء كان في اتصال دائم بالمعلّم وعمله – المعلّمين، التلاميذ، الإدارة – أو بشكل ظرفي – الباحثين، الأولياء – نظرته الخاصة والفريدة وحتى تصوّره الشخصي عندما يتعلّق الأمر بما تحمله عبارة المعلّم الجيّد أو الكفء من معانٍ بالنسبة لكلّ منهم. Abstract: Our aim behind this article is to provide a summary of the most important representation that have been obtained by scholars, Arab or Western, about the competence of the teacher. And that comes to the surface whenever a discussion arises on issues related to school in general and the teaching-learning process in particular, and related axes such as goals, effectiveness and others. Where do we find that each person, whether in permanent contact with the teacher and his work - teachers, students, administration - or Circumstantial - researchers, parents - has his own unique perspective and even his own representation of what the phrase a good or competent teacher has in terms of meaning for each of them. Résumé : Notre objectif derrière cet article est de fournir un résumé des représentations les plus importantes qui ont été obtenus par les chercheurs, arabes ou occidentaux, au sujet de la compétence de l’enseignant. Et qui revient à la surface à chaque fois qu'une discussion est soulevée sur des questions liées à l'école en général et au processus enseignement - apprentissage en particulier, et des axes connexes tels que les objectifs, l'efficacité et autres. Où trouve-t-on que chaque personne, qu'elle soit en contact permanent avec l'enseignant et son travail - enseignants, étudiants, administration - ou Circonstancié - chercheurs, parents - a sa propre et unique perspective et même sa propre représentation de ce que la phrase un bon ou compétent enseignant a en termes de signification pour chacun d'eux.
