دور مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في ممارسة الجريمة الإلكترونية وصعوبة إثباتها

الملخص
هدفنا من خلال دراستنا هاته للتعرف على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي والدور الكبير الذي أصبحت تلعبه في الحياة اليومية للأفراد، أين أصبحت وسيلة لا يمكن الاستغناء عنها في شتى المجالات حيث جعلت من العالم قرية صغيرة يسهل التواصل فيها، من خلال الخدمات المختلفة التي تقدمها وكذا السهولة التي تميز استخدامها، أين سنتطرق لماهية هاته الوسائط وأبرز الخدمات والمواقع التي تقدمها، في المقابل سنبرز كيف تحولت لأرضية خصبة للجريمة الإلكترونية على اخلاف أشكالها ومرتكبيها من خلال تقديم بعض الجرائم المرتكبة عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي وأهم القوانين التي تطرقت لها بالتجريم والعثم نتطرق لصعوبة اثباته هذا النوع من الجرائم. Our aim is to identify social media sites and the great role they play in the everyday life of individuals, where they have become an indispensable means in all areas, making the world a small, easily accessible village, through the various services they offer and the ease with which they are used. Where will we address the nature of these media and how the most prominent services and sites that it provides have historically evolved? In return, we will highlight how it has become a fertile ground for cybercrime over its different forms and perpetrators by introducing some of the crimes committed through social media and the most important laws that have been mentioned in criminalization and then we address the difficulty of establishing such crimes. Notre objectif est d’identifier les sites de médias sociaux et le grand rôle qu’ils jouent dans la vie quotidienne des individus, où ils sont devenus un moyen indispensable dans tous les domaines, faisant du monde un petit village facilement accessible, à travers les différents services qu’ils offrent et la facilité avec laquelle ils sont utilisés. Où aborderons-nous la nature de ces médias et comment les services et les sites les plus importants qu’ils offrent ont évolué historiquement? En retour, nous soulignerons comment il est devenu un terrain fertile pour la cybercriminalité sur ses différentes formes et auteurs en introduisant certains des crimes commis par les médias sociaux et les lois les plus importantes qui ont été mentionnées dans la criminalisation la difficulté d’établir ces crimes.
