السياسة العامة لمخرجات الجامعة في مجال التشغيل والحد من البطالة في الجزائر

الملخص
الملخص: تهدف هذه المداخلة إلى توضيح الأبعاد الرئيسية لسياسات التشغيل ومحاربة البطالة، ومكانتها ضمن السياسات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية العامة للتنمية. مع التطرق إلى الآليات القانونية والتنظيمية، والبرامج المختلفة التي وضعت لتجسيد وتنفيذ سياسات التشغيل. معوقات وعوامل تفعيل ونجاح سياسات التشغيل. ومن بين أهم النتائج التي إنشاء بنك معلومات يتوفر على كافة الوسائل البشرية والتكنولوجية التي تسمح بتقديم التوجيه والاستشارة الفعالة للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، إشراك المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة المتخصصة في مجال المقاولة، خاصة بالنسبة للشباب المتخرج من الجامعات والمعاهد التكنولوجية العليا، وجعلها مرتبطة بالمؤسسات الصناعية الكبرى، توسيع إمكانيات المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة بإعطائها المزيد من الحوافز التشجيعية للشباب لخدمة الأرض، ومنحها تسهيلات التدخل في مجالات تسوية مشكل العقار، ومنح القروض بدون فوائد، أو فوائد مخفضة، والإعفاءات الجبائية...الخ. ا Abstract: The aim of this contribution is to clarify the key dimensions of employment policies and the fight against unemployment, and its place within the social and economic policies of the development. With addressing the legal and regulatory mechanisms, and various programs that have been developed to reflect and implement employment policies. Impediments to the success of employment policies.
