الملخص

إن من بين التحديات التي تواجهها التنمية المستدامة بصفة خاصة والتنمية الريفية بصفة أخص هو تلبية إحتياجات الاجيال الحالية دون الاضرارأو التأثير في المقدرة على تلبية احتياجات الاجيال المقبلة،وهذا بالحفاظ على أنماط استخدام الموارد الطبيعية ومستوياتها وظروف البيئة وتسريع التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والبشرية لإحداث المواءَمة المطلوبة بين نمو السكان في هذه المناطق خاصة والنمو الاقتصادي.ولقد جاءت هذه الورقة بهدف تبيين أهمية التنمية الريفية المستدامة في تثبيت السكان والحد من أزمة السكن التي تعاني منها الدول، خاصة إذا تعلق الامر بالسكان القاطنين في القرى والارياف من أجل تثبيتهم في مناطقهم وتوفير الاحتياجات اللازمة. : : Abstract One of the challenges facing sustainable development in particular and rural development ,more specifically, is to meet the needs of current generations without negative influence the ability to meet the needs of future generations, and this is to preserve the patterns of use of natural resources, levels and conditions of the environment and accelerate the economic and social development and human resources to bring about harmonization required between growth population in these areas, private and economic growth.
